Getting Started

Step 1 – Schedule your 30 min. discovery call

Getting started at CrossFit Lake Nona is easy. We offer a 30 min. discovery call those who have never experienced CFLN. During your 30 min. discovery call we will learn about you, your background, your goals and what motivates you.  We’ll also cover any past injuries or current limitations. To take advantage of our 30 min. discovery call, all you need to do is to email us at angela@crossfitlakenona.com

Step 2 – Learning about you.

After we determined that you are good fit, We want to make sure that your transition into CrossFit Lake Nona is positive, worry-free, and successful. If you are new to CrossFit, we will start with scheduling a Foundations Class.

In Foundations, you’ll learn the fundamentals of movement, will be introduced to core exercises used in most workouts, and be assessed for any changes or modifications that may need to be made. You’ll be introduced to equipment and how to safely maneuver through the gym when it’s active. We’ll give you as many tools as possible to make sure you’re off to a good start. If you’re already an experienced CrossFitter, we will watch you move and make sure that you’re good to go.

Step 3 – Start Training!

After you’ve finished Foundations, you’re ready to begin your CrossFit experience. It’s as simple as signing up for your first class online.
