Step 1 – Sign Up for a FREE Workout
Getting started at CrossFit Lake Nona is easy. We offer a FREE introductory workout for those who have never experienced CrossFit, or those who have never experienced CFLN. To take advantage of the FREE introductory workout, all we require is that you schedule the class ahead of time. All of our classes are limited in space to maintain a low instructor-to-client ratio.
Once you’ve scheduled your session, just show up about 15 minutes prior to the start of the class and we will show you around, get you oriented to your workout for that session, and make sure you’re comfortable and prepared. This is a great time for us to discuss any limitations you have so we can make sure your experience is a good one. To sign up for your first class, Click HERE.
Step 2 – Set Up Foundations
So, you loved your free CrossFit workout so much that you’ve decided to become part of the CFLN family. We want to make sure that your transition into CrossFit Lake Nona is positive, worry-free, and successful. We accomplish that through our Foundations Class.
In Foundations, you’ll learn the fundamentals of movement, will be introduced to core exercises used in most workouts, and be assessed for any changes or modifications that may need to be made. You’ll be introduced to equipment and how to safely maneuver through the gym when it’s active. We’ll give you as many tools as possible to make sure you’re off to a good start. If you’re already an experienced CrossFitter, we will watch you move and make sure that you’re good to go.
Step 3 – Start Training!
After you’ve finished Foundations, you’re ready to begin your CrossFit experience. It’s as simple as signing up for your first class online.
