We will be open Monday, May 26th for only one class at 8:30 am.

STATION 2:

– Wall Ball Shots (20#/14#)

STATION 3:

– Box Jumps (24#/20#)

STATION 4:

– Kettle Bell swings (53#/35#)

 

The score is the amount of reps performed in each station.
